Pre Game

First Half

• Benza gets the ball down…Madrid possession, round and round… and Moscow steal the ball, Arbeloa and Pepe deal with it and Özzi is down…

• Ori takes a guy down… no real rhythm in the game yet

• Moscow does well but so does Pepe, O Rei! I think he’s okay, just needed a breather

• Pepe steps up but we pass the ball square and slow things down… bad ball from Iker but Calle deals with it
• Iker and Ramos do well together but Xabi messes it up in the end… you always notice when Xabi does something wrong because he doesn’t do many mistakes

• Xabi does well… Calle… weak shot from Özzi and that’s first half

Iker is jumping up and down in the tunnel, “Please don’t make me go out there, it’s so cold!”

Second Half

• Xabi gets booked, didn’t get a reply but no one is arguing so I guess it was a correct call from the ref
• Oh, Pepe! Does well in defense… the Calle loses the ball…
• And now Pepe fouls a guy… careful babe
• Özzi tries to go through five players, it doesn’t work
• Oh, Calle gets the ball but outside, Higgy gets bad and kicks the ball into the goal after the whistle
• Oh a defense mistake from the Russians and some nice play for us but nope
• Pepe on the run… but do you stay to claim handball? The ball was there! Had he not stopped and continued to play he could have won the second ball… this is something I think we see for too much of in football today. Play to the whistle, always… unless someone is hurt
• Good ball from Sami but Özzi can’t keep it…
• Arbie down and who did it? Pontus… he will get booked before the end of the game
• Bad ball from Cris, maybe should have taken his time…
• Ori and Cris are getting throw after throw on the side…

• Cris gets the ball from his opponent, Calle gets a corner… and Kaka is coming on for Calle. The ref tells him to hurry up but he so isn’t… Ramos gets his head on the ball but the keeper got the ball safely
• Oh Cris is suddenly in front of goal with the ball but nope, corner tho…

• Long ball Ramos and Higgy works so hard to get it and he does, great work but leads to nothing
• Good work Ramos, steps it up and continues his run… now he has to run home tho, the remaining players do well without Ramos

• Teamwork winning the ball and Cris gets a corner… not the best but we get another chance… ends up with the keeper
• Ori works hard and I think I heard him screaming as he went down, gets back up tho
• Sami does well in defense…
• Ori gets a knock to the face in an air duel, he’s taken a lot of them for the team tonight
• Moscow are sloppy and gives Higgy the ball…

• Ramos has his arm on his back and yet the guy claims handball…
• The commentators fangirls about Pepe :D
• Kaka and Higgy does well but nope

• Moscow free kick… boo 1-1 Iker always looks so disappointed… it hurts my soul and I will have to see a lot of it because the goal scorer, the hero, is Swedish…
